• Primary escalation point for all client hardware and software related needs
• Support client related operational tasks: New client hardware imaging and deployments and Application deployments and upgrades
• Windows XP/7/10 operating system support
• Business productivity and manufacturing application support: Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016 etc., SolidWorks, End user support of Oracle EBS 11i and R12 (company migrating to R12)
• Site level Active Directory object management: User, group and computer object management
• Support of Office 365 / Exchange
• Online related tasks
• Support of remote users
• Support of Cisco Call Manager
• Basic hands on support of Cisco switches
• Basic Windows server support

• A minimum of 7 years hands on experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT or related field preferred
• Prior hands on SOX experience interfacing with external auditors
• Must be conversational in German and English
• Travel up to 30% primarily within Europe
