Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Problem resolution
- Execute the technical activities needed to provide the steady state service
- Perform detailed technical analysis on the Customer environment in order to pro-actively identify problems that can arise
- Understand the Customer Service behind the technical components
- Provide Operators support
- Define the detailed technical needs and plan them
- Strictly follow and implement the defined security rules
- Identify proper solutions to minimize service costs
