Job description, responsibilities and duties
With an outstanding level of English and the ability to handle technical communication, you will work with customers and relevant teams creating incident tickets and seeing them through to their final fix. You will operate services such as LAN/WAN, Mobile, Fixed Voice etc. and ensure that services are closely monitored to ensure the least possible controllable outages.
With 1st or 2nd level CCNA qualification and great communication skills in English, you have the opportunity for a great role and the potential for future development. For motivated candidates, training to 3rd and 4th level is available and you will be compensated accordingly. A bachelor’s degree in a computer science field would be an advantage.
