Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have expierence with IT support? Do you want to work in a multinational company and use English on a daily basis? If you are customer oriented, highly motivated and interested in IT field you are the right person we are looking for!!!

Our client with offices all over the world is currently looking for a candidate for the role of IT support analyst.

Within this role you will be using English and Czech language on daily basis and working closely with other members of team
Provide functional and technical knowledge about internal systems from developers to end users
Develop and maintain knowledge base (users manuals, workflows, FAQ)
Cooperation with development team to eliminate critical issues
Proactive communication with end users to analyse informations and functional requirements
Monitor ticketing system

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Have at least 1 year of work experience in helpdesk support position
Experienced in working with ERP systems is advantage
Fluent in English (B2) and Czech
Team Member
Excellent communication skills
