Are you HR specialist with experience of working with IT international company? We are waiting for you!!!
We are lookibg for someone who will manage all HR administrative tasks and ensure 100% legal compliance with both Czech Republic & Slovakian employment law. And who will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes exist and for managing all HR tasks that relate to the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support the management of 100% accurate people data to ensure effective reporting.
• Ensure that key HR operational processes are delivered successfully to the business (Transactional HR processes/ leading performance development processes/leading annual remuneration exercises).
• Review and maintenance of policies and procedures ensuring that employment law requirements are complied with and to communicate these effectively to employees and managers.
• Support Intra-Company transfers and associated documentation
• Work with central HR and line managers on the annual compensation process
• Assisting the Global HR to compile data for annual Talent Management Process
• Participation in projects to improve processes/practices e.g. diversity training’
• Facilitation and co-ordination of the appraisal and performance management process/induction/interviewing/coaching and mentoring/learning & development
• Support transition & integration projects to ensure success of commercial projects
• To work with local management how to engage employees and address resulting people issues and build people capabilities effectively.
• Counselling on employee related issues e.g. performance management, succession planning, flexible working, maternity, absence management compensation and any other matters affecting the employment relationship.
• Provide employees with Company policy advice and information as required.
Skills & Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience as HR generalist
• Sound knowledge of Czech & Slovakian Employment law
• Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including resourcing, reward, learning & education
• Excellent communicational skills
• Fluent English
• Experience of working with international companies
