IT Engineer - Prague/Stredocesky region

My client is a rapidly growing multinational R&D centre located in Prague with multiple production plants in the Stredocesky region. To strengthen and support their expansion, I am looking for a skilled IT infrastructure all-rounder who is hands-on, highly proactive and analytical too.

Your responsibilities:
Manage IT Infrastructure project delivered from group level.
Manage IT Infrastructure project on regional level.
Support IT Infrastructure daily operations (basic task provided by IT Outsourcing).
Cooperate with IT Outsourcing (service tasks, incident/problem management, analyses, implementations).
Control and report System Backup operations (Symantec NetBackup).
Control and support IS Security (Firewalls, data protection, encryption, etc.).
Auditing of IS Security.
Promote innovations at regional level.
IT System monitoring.

Your profile:
University degree (IT/IS is welcome)
Minimum 3 years experience
Advanced level of English
Project management skills
Analytical skills
ITIL knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft OS environment (Servers + workstations)
Orientation in LAN technology (Cisco)
Orientation in ToIP technology (Cisco)
Willingness to travel
Knowledge of Firewall, Symantec Altiris and Hyper-V knowledge is welcome
