Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you experienced in Procurement /Supply Chain? And do you speak ENGLISH and GERMAN OR FRENCH fluently? We are looking for both SENIOR AND JUNIOR CATEGORY BUYERS (IT or indirect services) able to lead negotiations in English and French and/or German that will help us become the procurement stars!
You will be part of an international team that is responsible for a complex procurement agenda including sourcing, procurement and supply chain management of key commodities and spend categories.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Planification and execution of procurement strategies in line with financial and strategic goals
✔ Sourcing, business negotiations, category management, contracting, supplier management, creating effective business partnerhsips
✔ Expertise research and analysis in the field, development/completion of contracts
✔ Active contract negotiations for internal customers and external clients - IT and professional services mainly
✔ Implementation of procurement strategies to ensure alignment with corporate goals
✔ Collaboration with business stakeholders to achieve savings targets, improve suppliers´performance, and maximize supplier collaboration to drive the best business outcomes
We are looking for you, if you:
✔ have experience in procurement / Supply chain (in IT sphere - Hardware, Software, Network/Telco, Indirect services..)
✔have bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
✔ have excellent negotiation skills
✔ speak ENGLISH (+ French/German)
✔ are experienced in SAP, Ariba
✔ have analytical, problem solving skills
✔ IT background is advantage
