This is an excellent opportunity for Service Desk Administrators who would like to work the 8-5 job and enjoy her/his summer weekends in the park rather than in the office (no weekend work).
THE ROLE
– Daily communication with vendors and customers via email and telephone
– Receiving requests, prioritisation of technical interventions according to established terms and procedures, proper categorization
– Escalating requirements for solutions by communication matrix
– Working in a team of 5 people, 8-17:00 and no weekends
YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE
Great communication (and written) skills in both languages, English (B2-C1) and Czech, as well as basic knowledge of administration procedures, will be enough to ensure yourself a great career within the international company in central Prague.
