• You will be a part of a motivated multicultural team supporting German speaking clients
• You will be the first point of contact regarding technical requests via phone, mail and other apps
• You will be working with various technologies and different operating systems (Windows/Linux) as well as Data Centre
• You will document all service requests and create a knowledge database
• You will monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved
• You will escalate issues to other departments if necessary

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Fluent English and German
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
• Experience with a ticketing system
• Knowledge of PC’s HW and SW
• Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but not a must (an initial training will be provided)
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
