This company is a Global Top Employer in IT and Communications and currently looking for a specialist for role of Service Desk Analyst with German with no technical background (some of technical skills are advantage).
Help us to achieve this goal and participate on successfuly growing project!
As Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Receives service requests via Telephone, E-Mail, Fax, Internet or through Monitoring
- External / internal communicationsMonitor progress against customer SLAs using GSOA systems
- Highlight errors/discrepancies in the customer data (CRM + Documentation)
Participate in the delivery of other managed services
Help us to achieve this goal and participate on successfuly growing project!
