For supporting our Head of Sales & Marketing CEE/ Russia in the Vienna Service Office we are currently looking for a:
Junior Sales Manager (f/m)
• Sales activities for all our Falkensteiner hotels
• Networking and supporting marketing activities
• Acquisition of new clients (sales calls, sales trips)
• Offers & contracting
• Organization of sales trips, fairs and road shows
• Ensure all S&M activities (sales calls, fairs, workshops) are stored and correctly filled out in systems (i.e. Protel)
• Support of the Head of Sales & Marketing CEE/ Russia in the daily business

Personality requirements and skills
• Completed education with focus on tourism or equivalent education
• 1-2 years’ experience within the 4* or 5* hotel business in Sales is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the Russian and English language is a must, German is an advantage
• Good negotiation and organizational skills
• Pro-active attitude and “can-do”-spirit
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Very good presentation skills and positive appearance
• 1-2 years’ experience within the 4* or 5* hotel business in Sales is an advantage
