Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing and optimizing warehouse inventory. Analyzing forecast and incoming goods schedules to ensure the timely procurement of goods to support the customer demands.
• Managing the flow of the goods and information flow between company’s headquarters and its production facilities. Actively communicates with the facility order management to ensure on time deliveries for the main hub in Bratislava.
• Supporting the customer order management to provide accurate information on goods availability.
• Supervising the inbound logistics to the main hub. Optimizes logistics cost and resolves inbound logistics issues.
• Optimizing outbound logistics working closely with international distribution channels. Analyzing possible export/import duties for no EU regions.
• Working closely with the third party logistics and warehouse provider to optimize the movements and storage of the goods. Organizing and performing regular inventory checks in cooperation with the third party warehouse provider. Supporting the warehouse staff in resolving incoming goods logistics issues.
• Establishing and implementing procedures for efficient inbound logistics and warehouse inventory management in growing business environment.
• Reporting to the company management on regular based
