Nurses and care assistants for care homes in the UK

Our clients are Care Homes companies located across the UK (in England and Wales) that look after elderly people, who are often unwell, or adults who have learning disabilities (mental or physical)

We are looking for Registered Nurses with UK NMC registration and Care Assistants

The job duties for NURSES include:

To provide care to the residents
To coordinate the care assistants
To administer the medications
To communicate with the residence and their families

The job duties for a CARE ASSISTANT include:

To be part of the team, whose aims are to ensure that resident's nursing, personal and psychological needs are met on a daily basis.
To assist residents in washing, dressing and undressing.
To participate in the basic nursing care of the residents, under the supervision of trained staff, e.g. bed-bathing, pressure area care, mouth care, eye care.
To assist the residents with their toileting needs,
To change beds, tidy resident's rooms and do light cleaning.
To help in the serving of meals and drinks, feeding those residents who are unable to feed themselves and ensuring that each resident receives the meal or diet that he/she has requested and is suitable for his/her needs.

Gross Salary for Nurses: from £11 to £12/hour
Gross salary for Care Assistants in Care Homes : from £6.08 to £7/hour
Gross salary for Domiciliary Care Assistants: £ 1100/ month
Gross salary for Live- In Care Assistants: from £1200 to £1450 /month
The salaries are calculated for 40 hours / week
Medical Insurance (National Health Service)
Full time contract and possibility of overtime
