- Responsibility for follow up of carrier loading confirmations
- Attention to all customs regulations and customized instructions
- File creation and archiving
- Export customs declaration
- Review of all shipment relevant data and documents
- Ensure receipt of shipped on board confirmation from carrier within set timeframe
- Escalate of irregularities to line manager and internal partners

- Minimum Bachelor degree, preferable in logistics, international business, economy
- Working experience in previous role in forwarding/logistics or customer service or experience within concept of SSC, or GBS preferable
- Native Czech or Slovak
- Advanced knowledge of English and German language is a key requirement
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work and cooperate in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, proactive approach towards customers
- Self motivated personality
