- Responsibility for follow up of carrier loading confirmations
- Attention to all customs regulations and customized instructions
- File creation and archiving
- Export customs declaration
- Review of all shipment relevant data and documents
- Ensure receipt of shipped on board confirmation from carrier within set timeframe
- Escalate of irregularities to line manager and internal partners

- Advanced knowledge of English and communicative German is a key requirement
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work and cooperate in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, proactive approach towards customers
- Self motivated personality
