Capacity Specialist

- Calculating plant actual capacity and planned capacity (technical and operator)
- Calculates needed capacity based on capacity demand database
- Compares actual/plan and needed capacity, reports to management team concerning deviations
- Evaluates capacity requests from customers , reports to management team concerning needed investments and hiring actions
- Generates input for layout and equipment purchasing planning based on capacity planning
