Job description, responsibilities and duties

To manage and grow business we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and committed person - Market Development Representative / Consultant (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
• Business development of a new licensed group of products in the Czech / Slovak market - acquiring new business, using sales and business development skills, marketing activities as well as networking in order to attract clients;
• In cooperation with the headquarters providing high quality business consultancy - developing a good understanding of clients’ needs; consulting in organisational development issues and delivering trainings / workshops;
• Client relationship management - building and maintaining long-term relationships;
• Running operations from profit & loss management to contacting the local authorities;
• Reporting to the headquarters in Zagreb.

Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Our expectations:
• High integrity person with a positive work ethic and a resilient, determined and flexible attitude;
• Relevant work experience in an international corporation, B2B Sales and / or Business Consulting and/or Sales trainings and coaching;
• Committed and strongly motivated person, capable of using own initiative,
• Strong sales drive and customer orientation - presentable track record in sales,
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
• Driving license "B".
