Area Sales Manager

Company description:

The main activity of the company is the production and service of cranes and hoists. We are a member of GH S.A. located in Spain - a group with more than 50 years experience that includes facilities in countries such as Spain, Portugal, France, Brazil, Mexico, China and USA. We have been present in Poland since 1995.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

• Development of sales’ network on the Czech and Slovak market;
• Market research and development of sales’ strategy and fulfillment of the company’s sales plan;
• Providing regular and accurate sale’s plans, reports and business performance, according to the company’s requirements;
• Active sales and direct customer service (preparation of offers, contracts, negotiations, technical support);
• Flexible working time. Approx. 50% on site with customers + approx. 50% home office;

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications & experience:

• Experience in a similar position – minimum 3 years;
• Availability to travel;
• Knowledge of the industrial sector;

Education:

• A candidate must have University Degree in Business or Technical Education;
• Native Czech and/or Slovak;
• Fluent English: spoken & written;
• Driving license;

Desired skills:

• Strong negotiation and self-organization skills;
• Productivity with a high level of initiative and self-motivation;
• Stress-resistance, concentration on results in a strict time conditions;
• Ability to identify customer’s needs and make strong and convincing proposals to clients that are visual, logical, fact based;
