Job description, responsibilities and duties
It is newly established function within company IT Support group. Its main focus is continuous improvement programs through services reviews, innovation and operational excellence.
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) programs
- Coordinate activities related to the implementation of continuous improvement programs. Act as a coach for Team Leaders and specialists for the Continuous Improvement programs
- Leveraging LEAN SIX SIGMA and other continuous improvement practices, the role’s impact criteria include improved user experiences through services reviews, innovations and operational excellence
- Coordinate implementation activities during pilot and expansion
- Act as a coach for Team Leaders during the implementation of new continuous improvement processes in pilot
- Maintain the Continuous Improvement programs
- Design and manage the Suggestions for Improvement process
- Work with managers and team leaders to ensure the new methodology is being used in daily work e.g. Huddle meetings, structured problem solving sessions
- Participate in cross-functional projects for support improvement that are initiated via Support Excellence
- Promote the activities of continuous improvement with specialists on-site and virtually. Encourage suggestions for improvement via different mediums – video-conferences, conference meetings and on-site walks, emails, social network
- Expertise in continuous improvement methods
- Develop deep knowledge in the relevant areas of IT Continuous improvement, LEAN SIX SIGMA, CSI

Personality requirements and skills
- Education: University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, experience in leadership or trainer role preferred.
- Language: Fluent knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in ITSM and continuous improvement methods - ITIL; LEAN Six Sigma (at least Green belt certification), project management, continuous improvement
- Skills: Strong coaching and mentoring skills, excellent coordination skills, ability to act as change agent, customer service mindset, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, ability to apply company problem solving and communications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, experience in leadership or trainer role preferred.
