Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Managing delivery of business application services and guiding the application services support team (IT Business Analysts)
- Ensuring that all business application software is fully operational
- Leading application testing (design of tests and execution)
- Troubleshooting, coordination of problem solving with local support, IT Business Analysts and/or 3rd parties

- Good knowledge of PowerShell and SQL
