For our Client, an international company we are looking for experienced Candidates willing to work on a position: Client Service Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:
• direct contact with International Clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries,
• regular updating of the service website and social media in German language,
• entering data into internal and external systems,
• building trusting and robust relationships with Customers of the Service,
• supporting of a business by maintaing high standards of Customer suport.

English - Intermediate (B1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• fluent (C1) German and good (B2) English languages is a must,
• University degree,
• customer oriented and focused,
• flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
• very good interpersonal and communication skills,
• energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work.
