O2C Manager

If you're an experienced professional in AR, billing and/or cash collection fields with people management skills, you have an opportunity to lead the Order to Cash function in an established SSC based in Prague.

As an O2C MANAGER you'd be responsible for:
* managing up to 7 direct reports
* providing leadership and direction to the communications department
* ensuring proper training and development
* global standard process application including financial and operational controls
* defining clear responsibilities for each sub-function
* standard management reporting and analysis
* budgetary responsibility for the O2C function
* Overseeing the accounting treatment for AR and billing teams including IFRS impact
* Ensuring compliance and oberseeing audit
* University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
* minimum 7 years of total working experience
* 3+ years in people management
* SSC experience advantage
* In-depth understanding of accounting and finance processes in an SSC
* Knowledge of IFRS
* Consistent experience
