Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position is a combination of two roles: Senior Java developer (80-90%) & Team-leader (10-20%).
Job task are as follows:
• Project and tasks reporting
• Communication with management, key-users, team members and suppliers
• Collaboration in the projects architecture and documentation
• Work in existing Java based systems and frameworks
• Testing and application tuning
• Develop, document, deploy and maintain internal systems written in JAVA and other related technologies
• Leading team of programmers, tasks coordination, estimation and planning, participating on hiring process for new team members
It is a great bonus if the person already has team-leading experience (team of 3-4 members), but it’s not mandatory. Important is that the successful candidate is able to gain respect and motivate team members.

You have skills and experience with the following:
• 4+ years of experience with development in Java, J2EE and SQL databases
• A solid knowledge of JPA 2.x (preferably EclipseLink), EJB / CDI, JAX-RS / Jersey
• Experience with HTML and CSS
Bonus skills:
• MySQL
• Business process modelling (BPMN) and execution, especially Activiti or Camunda BPMN
• Wicket, JSF or Vaadin
• Javascript, jQuery
In addition:
• Your code is efficient, aware of patterns and anti-patterns, properly structured, easily comprehensible and well documented
• You’re experienced in test-driven development, distributed versioning control (GIT/Mercurial)
• You’re structured and reliable person able to work alone as well as in a team and deliver on time
• You’re proactive in communication
