Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Eastern European guides in pursuit of our company’s excellence goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruitment of new guides based on company values and skills
• Training, coaching and actively supporting guides on tour to improve our traveler’s experience
• Support quality performance to achieve company goals and excellence
• Continuous management of guide performance according to our company guidelines
• Support operation team with quality actions related to the tour, itinerary and features included on a tour
• Lead and develop Program Services department

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary school student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Business correspondence - Advanced
Microsoft Windows - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Competent, strong, engaging leader with ability to make people feel valued with:

• 2+ years’ experience training, coaching and managing people (Travel Industry Preferred)
• Proven ability to motivate and manage people to achieve results
• Passion for travel
• Self-starter who is able to prioritize key actions to achieve goals
• Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks
• Ability to travel 75 of the time and working longer hours
• Flexible personality
