Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate will be the direct contact for a team of international guides with administrative duties and operational support
1) Planning and coordinating Tour Guides‘ assignments (requesting availability, finalizing confirmations and handling contracts)
2) Coordinating preparation and participating in tour guide meetings and training sessions, reviewing and closing tour accounts, authorizing extra costs, etc
3) Customer care over the phone to assist (hospitalized) travelers during the trip or in case of emergency
4)1-2 times a year travelling on the products and for the company regional meetings
5) Support phone duty every 6 weeks (including after office hours and during weekends to support Tour Guides with emergency situations)
