Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main responsibilities on this position are going to be:
• Ongoing day to day maintenance of the hotel web site, send out of Email newsletters, stand alones, positioning the hotel in all e-channels.
• To be involved in the editorial committee of all in house publications for staff and guests alike, including press releases etc.
• To participate in the development, management and supply of all promotional collateral, mailing lists as well as international advertising and direct mailing, press clippings etc.
• To arrange photo shoots, special promotions, press releases and advertisements.
• Coordinate technical enhancements and/or maintenance with web agency and corporate office.
• Create content for web site campaigns and newsletters and up-load it to the hotels web site.
• Reviewing all links, especially to 3rd parties on the hotels web site.
• Coordinate joint activities in e-commerce with local partners.
• Ensuring that correct rich content is available within external web sites.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.
• Writing and proof reading copy.
• Maintaining and updating customer database.
