Our client is providing technical support for their customers in different location regarding to their product which is supported by software.
The successful candidate is going to lead international, multilingual team of Technical Support Consultants(Software Support) to provide high quality and availability remote support for software products.
This role combines both technical support and team lead activities.
- Manage and lead the 1st and 2nd line support activity for designated team to ensure targets for call handling and customer issue resolution are met.
- Analyse verbal and written customer feedback in order to improve operating procedures and behaviours and deliver the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, using product knowledge, knowledge based tools to investigate and verify reported product problems in software, firmware, hardware and documentation.

- Minimum 2-3 years in remote support service business for software products
- Minimum 1 year on managerial/leader or back-up team lead/senior position
- High level of technical/electronic/software experience covering knowledge of hardware and appropriate software
- Preferably technical degree in Computer Sciences, Software Development or IT
- Czech – native or fluent (both speaking and writing)
- English – fluent (both speaking and writing)
- Knowledge of Polish/Russian/Danish/Swedish/Finnish could be additional benefit
- Ability to develop people and teams
- Good inter-personal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
