SAP Specialist SD/CS

You will provide 2nd level support for company entities. He or she is responsible to resolve incidents or problems in the FI,CO,TM area. Position will support company entities with standard services (no process changes), small changes (up to 5 MDs) are in scope of this position too.

TASKS:

Responsible for all SAP related incidents in the area of finance operation (CO, FI, TM) for
Europe region (Germany, Netherland, Switzerland, Hungary, CEE region )

Responsible for the delivery of all SAP standard services related to service processes according to the defined
SAP Service Catalogue.
Cooperate with the whole SAP CC EMEA team on incident and standard services resolution.

Responsible to achieve SAP CC EMEA service KPI’s for the supported entities and cooperate on their successful achievement.
Ensure that in the given area of responsibility all the UTC and SAP IT Security regulations such as SOX and SOD and implemented.

Cooperate on template changes(or template releases )with Senior Consultant – SAP Module Owners from SAP CC EMEA. Changes up to 5 MD’s are subject of TSC and SAP CC Senior Consultant approval, from time to time assignment to small project can happen.

Maintain professional relationship with support countries and key users as well as with country management. Ensure professional result in the customer feedbacks – Market Feedback Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

Native Czech or Slovak language is an advantage
Fluent English skills are must to have. German/French language is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP CO, FI module is must to have.
ABAP skills, SAP Workflow and/or Business Objects/BW and TM are an important advantage.
5+ years’ experience in SAP SD support. Previous experience as key users is an advantage.
Ability to deliver as member of support team and willingness to meet KPI’s.
Driving license is must to have and willingness to travel abroad either by plane or car (family friendly model – weekends at home)
Consulting/Communication skills
Experience with similar position in the manufacturing sector
Experience with support of SAP FI,CO,TM
Project experience is an advantage.
