Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical Support position is open at our prestigious client, who is providing support to telecommunication/network issues for end users and also to their business partner.
Your main task to provide Level 1 phone support to customers, partners and solving their technical issues with scanning, wireless networking and mobile computing. You should also escalate cases Level 2 support representatives by providing technical information on support issues, product compatibility, and customer configurations.
You are also designing reports as it is required to team leaders and management.
The successful candidate should have Networking and/or Wireless infrastructure skills or experience in network or other technical support role(HW, SW, system administration). Degree in Computer Science and/or experience in technical support is a must. Advanced(or at least B2) English and French/Dutch/German/Russian/Polish language knowledge is a must.
You should have strong problem solving skills and effective communication with customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
Fresh graduates can also apply for the job if they already got few month of internship experience in field of IT/Telecommunication.
The company can offer market rate salary, 5 weeks of holiday and other benefits. Continuous training, carrier path and development, language courses are also provided.
