Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this job you will be responsible for recruitment of IT specialists and management for a variety of different clients, ranging from large corporate clients to small SMEs. Your role is a balance of recruitment activity; attracting, assessing and recommendation of quality IT candidates, as well as sales; attracting new clients to the Hays brand and providing excellent key account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

For this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, we are looking for someone with a track record in IT recruitment. We are looking for someone to utilize their pool of existing contacts to bring in fresh IT recruitment clients and use expertise to drive forward our business. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior members of our team!

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:

• University education from IT or Economic background
• Solid background/knowledge of IT is preferred
• Ideal candidates will have at least two years of competitive recruitment experience already
• A strong, target orientated personality is required for this position
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record in business development
• Excellent work management skills
• Native Czech speaker, fluent English (daily communication)
• Team spirit, team player essential
