The Software Project Manager will be responsible for the support, development and maintenance of a platform used to support information management and business operations within a large organisation. The person who takes on this role will manage the workload and prioritization for a team of front and back end engineers responsible for a web application which is built around Google technologies including CloudSQL. The application enables the company to make informed strategic decisions, encourages project collaboration, supports resource management and assists in establishing priorities around workload. The application also provides a reporting function heavily utilised by the business to support the continued growth of the business. The Software Project Manager would be expected to utilise scrum methodology while working in a dynamic and highly innovative environment and will be responsible for engaging with other PMs and customers to ensure their team’s roadmap is aligned to the organisation's business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Customer engagement, analysis of work intake, feature request analysis
Support process and technological changes throughout an organization
Support team process & best practice development
Advocate process & tool changes
Educate and integrate business changes into operations
Assisting teams to adopt new practices
Identify measurable metrics across multiple teams
Gather & evaluate feedback
Identify opportunities for organizational alignment
Prioritization and workload management
Alignment of resource capacity towards roadmap
Accountable for multiple teams
Support Release and QA process for dedicated customer
Analytic and identification of dependencies between features
Promote and protect data & process quality, ensure consistency
The ability to work in less structured, self-driven environment
