Your new company
For our client, international developer company in retail and office field, we are seeking for candidates to BREEAM SPECIALIST - Bratislava.
Your new role
You will prepare BREEAM pre-assessment for various projects, cooperate with BREEAM assessor and construction department , provides Design and Construction Requirement Criteria (targeted credits) based on agreed level of BREEAM certification. Job description includes also providing support for Concept design, Scheme design including all permitting stages and budgeting (cost analysis) and proposing optimal or innovative technical solutions in cooperation with other HB Reavis team members including appointed design teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Right candidate has corresponding BREEAM qualification or knowledge based on recent experience, working experience on similar position preferably for big international consulting companies. We are looking for team player with skills to lead the teams of designers. Abroad working/study experience is welcomed. English language (written/spoken) at a upper intermediate level is a necessity.
