Our client has been in operation for over a decade and is now looking for a Payroll Manager into their new SSC in Bratislava to help deliver high quality service to an international healthcare company.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager with experience from SSC sector. The main responsibilities will include participation of building the new Payroll team as well as managing the staff in accordance to the internal policies, monitoring performance and guiding professional development. The Payroll Manager will also be responsible for supporting the PSC Director in an achieving SLAs, managing organizational structure for Payroll codings to General Ledger Financials and provide support to internal customers on Legislation and Policy changes.
A successful candidate should have strong analytical and numeracy skills, moreover he/she should have the ability to identify financial issues. Ability to develop mitigating actions, prioritize and coordinate assigned requirement are essential. Right candidate should recognize a need for confidentiality, speak fluent English and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
