Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

• Consults internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business processes based on Siemens PLM platform
• Provide 3rd. level support on PLM application
• Performs business process analysis in order to support through IT solutions
• Coordinates internal IT and external service providers, oversees system design and communicates to internal customer
• Plans and conduct application trainings for business key-users
• Support application upgrades with alignment of business need
• Application user & license management
• Active participation in international projects

Professional competences required for the job:

• 3+ years of application consultant / support experience in Siemens PLM application platform
• Experience and knowledge of Teamcenter, other PLM products, and databases
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Knowledge in ITIL or CMMI processes
• Knowledge in automotive standards is appreciated (ISO26262, TS16949, etc.)
