Description:
Key responsibilities:
•Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving problems by:
•Monitoring incoming requests via helpdesk system, phone, instant message, emails or walk in.
•Close liaison with the EMEA Infrastructure Analysts to ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed time windows.
•Daily liaison in a professional manner with our Senior team in our Hong Kong Head Office.
•Providing desktop support for all Crown Worldwide standard software packages.
•Providing basic Citrix support services including remote support via shadowing.
•Completing basic set-up relocation and termination of users
•Configuration of new Desktops, Laptops Network Printers
•Rebuilding of existing Desktops and laptops, reimaging thin clients as and when required.
•Investigating and resolving known or suspected issues
•Provision of Application support

Skills and Qualifications:
•Relevant IT Service Desk User Support experience within a Microsoft environment.
•ITIL knowledge
•Good communication skills, both written and verbal and a strong command of English.
•Have experience of remotely supporting a wide range of customers from multiple countries.
•Ability to provide user application support
•Have skills in the following areas: ◦Microsoft Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems
◦Microsoft Active Directory
◦Microsoft Office Products – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio would be advantageous
◦Office 365 User Support
◦A good understanding of supporting users within a Citrix Xenapp environment
◦Symantec Endpoint Protection support
◦Mobile devices support
◦HP Hardware – configuration and troubleshooting
◦Lenovo Thinkpads and HP Hardware– configuration and trouble shooting
•Be able to work as part of a team, though often unsupervised
•Have an appreciation of the priorities and issues facing a large, international company
•Ability to travel within the UK and/or mainland Europe
