Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role overview:
 2nd level application support, business analysis, change management and problem management activities
 Solving of related issues and working with applications and systems in context of: document management, record management, training management systems etc.
 Incident and ticket management, troubleshooting and communication with end users
 Solving of incidents, communication with another vendor in case of more complicated issues
 Solving open cases before escalation, ad hoc tasks regarding current situation in the team
 Coordination, analysis and service delivery part as well
 Supporting the service and process owners in driving lifecycle, security, compliance, extension and innovation projects according to the service roadmap
 Responsibility for all the service records and documents creation/changes/retirement and reflection of the reality as required
 To be relevant partner for business and IT development team as well
 Regular reporting and creation of technical documentation if needed

We are currently looking for motivated and keen junior and senior candidates to join our SharePoint team in Prague. It will be a fulltime employment with a workplace in Prague 4 – Pankrac. We´re looking for SharePoint enthusiasts with application support skills (L2) and ITIL related experience.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
 At least 3 years of relevant experience as SharePoint Specialist/Analyst/Coordinator in international IT company
 General IT overview and strong SharePoint skills (Sharepoint 2010 and 2013)
 Customer orientated and service orientated person with ability to coordinate activities in the team, competent in business analysis as well
 Change management and problem management skills (Knowledge of ITIL principles)
 Nice to have: HTML and CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
 Fluent English – communication on daily basis (spoken and written)
 Experience from enterprise environment will be beneficial
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Motivated and keen personality, flexibility and proactivity
 Criminal record is required as part of the background check prior to joining
