Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, the prominent international certification agency, is seeking a customer-oriented German speaking candidate with a positive attitude to IT. Because of further growth of the internal support, they are currently looking for a new team member to join their international IT Support team.
Requirements:
You should have fluent German and to be a motivated and customer-oriented individual. Previous experience in a similar position is a big advantage, IT background within SSC is preferred.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for the 1st line level support to all offices and home workers with a strong focus on a German speaking colleagues, you will carry out support via phone and emails and solve various problems related to the IT issues. On a daily basis you will be in intensive contact with you colleagues both via phone, e-mail and also by using the internal ticketing system.
