The ideal candidate should be dynamic and customer oriented. Excellent command of English and French is a must. Experience in customer support is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
• Control of customer orders
• Answering to customers inquiries, resolving problems reported
• Administration related to statistics and databases
• Communication with clients in France and French overseas departments.
