Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Process different types of suppliers invoices (freight, service, marketing, manual agent invoices)
* Process custom declarations (custom folder preparation, scanning, booking and clearing)
* Selfdeclarations handling (report on daily basis, control of received self declarations and unblocking of referring invoices)
* Communicate with suppliers and colleagues from local country (vendor call and mail handling)
* Compensation of open invoices with account receivable invoices
* Process down payments, approval of payments
* Reconciliation activities
* Ad hoc tasks
