Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Check your scheduled actions in collection tool
* Start mass processing for the collection letters and faxes
* Check and work on emails from customers, customers services and local accounting department
* Processing collection phone calls
* Work on financial deductions
* Processing deductions to the local businesses like Detergents, Cosmetics or Adhesives
* Account Receivables booking of incoming payments
* Identification of the invoices paid by the customer
* Identification of the payment differences
* Addressing short payments (deductions) to the corresponding partners
* Matching of Debtor accounts receivable items with Creditor accounts receivable items
* Coordination and communication of incidences to the corresponding Local OTC Organization Partner
* Account Receivable corresponding reporting
