* Interfacing and communicating with business units in Netherlands, with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by e-mail or phone
* Ensuring and coordinating advertisement of vacancies in the country according to defined standard online job boards
* Selecting incoming applications and resumes from internal and external candidates using predefined criteria and ensuring their proper evidence (internal online tool, reports)
* Conducting phone interviews
