ESSN EMEA Supply Chain
The Procurement organization of ESSN EMEA Supply Chain (Enterprise Servers, Storage & Networking) is in general responsible for the planning and procurement of a set of commodities required to support the manufacture and shipment of ESSN products. The positions based in Bratislava will primarily be responsible for the manufacturing factories in Kutna Hora, Prague and Brno. The team here will start from the scratch and gradually grow into a strong support.
Job Description
The Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) Partner Manager leads the Commercial and Business Relationship between our ESS ODM partners here in EMEA, on behalf of the EMEA Supply Chain. The ODM’s are responsible for shipping ~75% of our entire business server and related option products within the EMEA region, and across all server product categories, in both a Build to Order and Configure to Order fully outsourced ODM / CM environment.
Responsibilities
• Complete ownership of overall EMEA partner performance for the relevant ODM
• Responsible for day to day backlog management and co-ordination of all partner priorities and activities. Chairs Daily production meetings.
• Manages daily customer escalations & order prioritization communications, in line with OM requests, to ensure minimal impact to end customer satisfaction. (TCE)
• Drives weekly scorecard reporting for Business and Engineering functions, in conjunction with Partners to drive continuous improvement in support of HP customer satisfaction.
• Schedules, Manages and Chairs Quarterly Business reviews with the Partners.
• Review New Product and changing product / commodity forecast requirements with the Partners, ensuring there are materials and sufficient capacity available to meet the projected build and ship volumes, main focus regionally is current quarter and current quarter plus 1 on a rolling basis.
• Work closely with regional business planning teams on materials, revenue and volume risks.
• Commercial ownership and control/approval of all business service request PO’s and invoices, airfreight and expedite charges.
• Establishes, monitors and reports on all end customer metrics around business performance, drives and sets the expectation around addressing performance gaps and improvement initiatives on a quarterly basis.
• Leads and acts as the key interface between HP internal cross-functional teams across the entire business, to support delivery of key ODM programs and new partner capabilities.
• Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and introducing partner dimensions / recommendations
• Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities / efficiencies
• Partners with ODM senior management team in forward thinking strategic development and relationship building.
• Works with WW GBU team to ensure awareness of any Regional issues or Escalations

• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading / participating in cross-functional projects or program teams
• Contract administration experience.
• An experience based understanding of volume manufacturing / supply chain processes
• Good understanding of B2B EDI commercial Order / Invoicing and Order Management processes
Knowledge and Skills
• Fluent in English language, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage change and re-prioritisation on a daily basis in line with customer demands.
