We are looking for FRESH GRADUATES for Junior Solutioning Consultant roles for Cloud, Networking or Cross-functional technology areas.

HP Graduate Development Program
HP Graduate Program is a structured development program for a period of 12 – 24 months during which fresh graduates will get the opportunity to participate on different trainings and presentations and so will be able to better develop their skills for given areas and particular positions.

Introduction to role:
Our graduates start in their roles at the end of 3 weeks onboarding training and will then receive a further 2 weeks of business unit specific training. Then we get you working on live deals and pursuits from the beginning with real responsibilities early on.
'Because our graduates will be involved in customer-facing roles with real responsibility we look for graduates with a mature and businesslike approach, with the ability to demonstrate professionalism and maturity from the start'.
These are full-time permanent roles, with an opportunity to shine while doing ‘real’ work. The potential to rotate will be available should the either you or your manager feel that an alternative role would suit you better.
When the program finishes our graduates have the opportunity to take permanent roles, developing their skills further and increasing their span of responsibilities. By this point they are highly valued members of their teams with real Pursuit responsibilities and ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Junior Solutioning Consultants work on Pursuits delivering technical value and expertise to HP’s large customer base and our graduate Solutioning Consultants can be working on one of these Pursuits very early on into their career at HP. Our Pursuit teams deliver best in class solutions to solve real customer business challenges in the following key areas: Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing, Applications Business Services, and Business Process Outsourcing. This is a very varied role, offering great opportunities to develop professional, technical and project management skills. He/she works independently or as part of functional teams on different Pursuits. He/she demonstrates enthusiasm, a positive attitude, plus the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with customers. The role also demands close attention to detail and professional documentation skills.

Qualification:
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Security or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Knowledge OR experience in one of the technology areas (related Master’s or Bachelor’s theses are welcome):
A) Cloud technologies: application and desktop virtualization (Citrix, VMware, HyperV), knowledge of standard platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, Backup, Storage)
B) Network technologies: Switching/Routing, Network Security, Network Management (preferably CISCO certified and/or experienced)
C) Cross-functional: overview or basic experience in Service Management Tools, Project/Program Management, Asset Management
• Results driven personality
• Able to build good relationships and trust with customers
• Communication: presenting effectively
• Develop and apply listening skills
• Demonstrate multi-tasking skills
