Job description, responsibilities and duties
Designs, develops and executes all testing-related activities on application components of IT solutions.
Applications include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications.
Responsibilities :
- establishing testing strategy and plan
- analysis of business requirements & designs for testability
- design and development of test cases
- utilization of appropriate tools to develop automated test scripts
- execution of various testing types such as system, system integration, performance and modeling.
- develops testing components of application solutions by applying knowledge of service offerings, capabilities, innovation, sales pursuit strategy, testing & quality methodology and best practices to collaborate with the project team and client to deliver high quality solutions.
- Participates in all testing phases of software development lifecycle, e.g. establishes testing strategy and plan, analyses business requirements for testing, collects testing requirements, designs test cases and scenarios, implements test cases with appropriate involvement of automation and executes the test cases.

- Formal XML and XSLT notation and transformation knowledge
- Experience with Oracle products (Databases), Jboss and Talend data management are welcome
- Knowledge of Databases (ORACLE, DB2, some others) is an advantage
- SQL, VBA, macros – advanced
- Basic database design and implementation skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Visual Basic, Macros…)
