Job Description
Your main goal is to support customer‘s applications according to the incident, problem, change management processes to ensure the delivery of satisfying level of the ongoing application availability.
Direct communication and close collaboration with the customer on-site is required. In the first stages of your contract you will overtake responsibility for application management transformation from existing service provider.
You will be responsible for knowledge transfer, application management processes set up and adequate documentation update.
The team you will belong to will aim to achieve high level of customer‘s satisfaction.
