Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manages legal solutions for clients at the sub-region, region, and/or business unit level
- Supports complex transactions at local or regional level
- Provides specialized legal solutions in one or more areas of specialty law
- Develops new ideas and methods to effectively address recurring legal issues or matters facing multiple client organizations
- Identifies and resolves complex legal issues requiring in-depth consideration of multiple factors
- Manages complex legal responsibilities for multiple client organizations
- Contributes to complex multidimensional projects or transactions
- Scope includes supporting transactions at a local or regional level and resolving sub-region, region and/or business unit level client issues.
- Impact includes addressing issues facing multiple client organizations.
This position is maternity replacement position for 12 - 24 months.

- Meets local legal license requirements
- Typically 4 - 8 years commercial legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
- Advanced level of experience in one or more general or specialty law practice areas acquired through being a leading resource in-house or in similar industry or law firm environment.
- Advanced breadth and depth of practical legal and relevant business knowledge.
- Recognized subject matter expert in one or more practice areas.
- Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Awareness of the international legal environment.
- Advanced skills and experience in negotiating or advising on complex or high Value/risk matters or in specific practice areas.
- Proactive and effective communicator of valuable information to clients and colleagues.
- English language skills to business standard essential
- Slovak language skills - fluent
