As a SAP Technology & Implementation Lead you will:

• Be responsible for design, execution and implementation of assigned projects as part of outsourcing deals; on time, on budget and to the required standards and satisfaction of the customer.
• Based on dedicated deal requests, build new services and solutions to bridge gaps and ensure full operational capability at the end - including transfer of know-how.
• Manage projects within the Service Operation:
- Designing, developing, presenting and implementing project plans
- Executing critical changes/implementations
• Execute transformation plan for nonstandard solutions/ services.
• Integrate, test and move to production nonstandard solutions/ services.
• Conveys technical details and task descriptions to customer
• Develops contingency plans and determine critical paths.
• Support Solution Architects and Delivery Managers on identifying potential deal solutions for reuse.
• Support Delivery Managers on identifying and implementing new Solutions/Services to enhance our Service portfolio in the SAP-domain.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

SAP R/3 basis administration including system back-up/recovery, transport management system and system monitoring

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

UNIX/Linux - Advanced
Microsoft Windows - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of studies with minimum 3 years of experience
• Detailed experience in design and implementation of IT-solutions within multiple technology disciplines (SAP R/3, NetWeaver, UX, NT, and High-Availability).
• Proven project management skills using influence in a collaborative work environment.
• In-depth understanding of the IT role in a business environment and IT, including processes, organization and implications of technical change.
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills
• Experience formulating overall strategies and operational solution design, strategic and tactical planning process. Understanding the big picture, seeing complex concepts and relationships. Consider broad range of internal and external factors when solving problems and making decisions on solutions.
• Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities: integrity, attention to detail, service oriented, goal oriented
• Strong and broad technical background (SAP, Database, OS, SAN, HA, …)
• Capability and motivation to keep the pace of the SAP-Technology lifecycle
