Application designer and developer on Microsoft platform (.NET/C#/CRM)

During the last few years, Applications Services Regional Delivery (Apps RDO) has positioned itself as one of the significant players in the outsourcing market. This dynamic and growing market still offers many challenging opportunities for motivated Engineers for the Bratislava Center. One of the essential success factors is the availability of excellent technical solutions and professional delivery of support and services. Successful candidate will be a part of a .NET delivery team located in Slovakia. He/she will provide application development, consulting and support services in .NET/CRM area. His/her role will be analyzing requirements, designing, building, implementing and maintaining web-based and desktop solutions. He/she will be working in international project team, as well as independently and directly with our customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Participates as a member of a team providing a development of new and maintenance of existing features of software applications
- Applies either broad or in-depth knowledge in one or more software development technologies
- Applies HP and 3rd party frameworks, tools and solutions
- Completes a design of software components and applications to enable implementation
- Implements a code, using industry-standard development environment
- Fixes defects in testing and maintenance phases
- Participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews
- Designs, prepares and executes unit (module) tests
- Provides effort estimates for assigned tasks
- May provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders, e.g. project manager, architect, testing people
- Interacting with customers: extracting requirements, work planning, effort estimating, carrying project related communication
- Usually participates in a technology communities and works towards reuse and knowledge sharing
