Windows Technical Owner (3rd line Engineer)

The Windows Technical Owner focuses on continuous operations, project and change management of the Windows operating systems of several severs. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He/she works in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.

The Technical Owner main responsibilities are:
· to work on complex incidents,
· identify and solve problems,
· all change management in the environments under his/her responsibility
· define and execute work orders to implement changes,
· customer contact on the projects/tasks he/she is responsible for,
· provide consulting,
· implementation and system management,
· availability and capacity management.

To fulfil these tasks, regular standby and weekend work is expected.
