Job description, responsibilities and duties

Successful candidate will be a part of a CRM delivery team located in Poland/Slovakia/Hungary and Germany. He/she will provide application development and support services in CRM. His/her role will be will be analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and testing CRM solutions. He/She will be working both in German and international project teams, as well as independently and directly with our customers.


Key responsibilities may include:
• Working with the German CRM team with focus on Dynamics CRM development
• Providing advice to customers and to project team on all aspects of Dyn CRM and proposes appropriate solutions
• Analyzing customer’s requirements and business processes and shows creativity in solving functional and technical problems
• Designing, developing and implementing solutions based on Dyn. CRM
• Dealing with project managers, solution architects, technical leaders or work requestors providing necessary information and deliverables.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:

• Multiple years of experience in Dynamics CRM development
• Experience in all components related to Dynamics CRM, which are required for additional development (Add-Ons) and for development of interfaces, as for example HTML, XML, scripting languages (JavaScript, PL SQl), Object Oriented Programming Know-how (.Net or Java) or ideally Dynamics CRM development environments (S-Controls, AJAX, Toolkit, Apex API)
• Experience in working in virtual and international teams
• Very good English language skills; German language skills at least on intermediate level
• Well-developed analytical thinking abilities
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills and friendly attitude
• Good teamwork abilities and collaborative approach to people
